Your appointments are very important to me. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. I do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. I will do my best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments. In accordance to our cancellation policy, coloured by court will charge a cancellation fee of 50% for last-minute appointment cancellations, reschedules, and for no showed appointments If you are more than 15 min late we can not guarantee the full length of your service, and you may be asked to reschedule. Coloured by court strives to create the ideal look for each guest and I take pride in my work and services. If you are unsatisfied or have any questions or concerns about the services you have received, please notify me within 7 days of services. Within that period, services can be corrected free of charge. Coloured by court does not issue refunds. We will accommodate redos at the next available appointment within a two week time from original appointment date. At that time we will make every effort to correct the problem to your satisfaction. These adjustments are available to you at no cost within two weeks of your initial service. Any redo request made after 7 days from the original service date will be subject to full-service prices. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested. Coloured by court will not be liable nor offer redo services for hair color that has been done outside of our salon.
